This is the text of a fraudulent email. Everything is a lie: there is no KAS Bank International UK, this email is not from the Indian Reserve Bank, there is no mr Malekula, and first and foremost:
DO NOT BELIEVE SOMEONE IS GOING TO PAY YOU MILLIONS OF DOLLARS JUST LIKE THAT!
NOT EVEN IF YOU PAY RIDICULOUS CHARGES LIKE THE "TRANSFER CONNECTIVITY CHARGE" MENTIONED IN THIS EMAIL.

PAYMENT ADVICE
We recieved Payment Instruction,s from the KAS BANK INTERNATIONAL UK, for remittance of the Amount of USD$5,500,000.00 Million to your nominated account.
In line with our corporate policy,It is our statutory duty to constantly inform the Central Bank of India (RBI) of any large financial transaction which we receives,However based on the information that we received, your Payment is due for release and within the information that was placed in your transfer file which we efficiently made available to the central data-base of Reserve Bank of India, your funds was deemed to be deficient of Transfer Connectivity Charge (TCC). This invariably brought about the termination of the transfer to Clearing House(your Bank) which was attempted by the local transfer department of the RBI and
consequently led to suspension of your Transfer.
You are hereby advised to provide immediately the Transfer Connectivity Charge (TCC)
which was calculated at INR 65,000.00 This Payment must be file to the Regulatory
Authorities of the RBI for all transactions originating from outside India, in compliance with the provisions of the Ministry of Finance. This payment is required to clear your funds for transference.
Your funds will be granted approval to make transfers within 24 hour of receipt of the Transfer Connectivity Charge (TCC)by the Regulatory Authorities Please contact us at your earliest convenient if you need further clarification also find attached copies of Payment schedule slip and foriegn currency transfer regulation tariff.
